You will Need
120g / 4oz of Soft Butter
200g / 7oz of Sugar
1 Egg
1/4 teaspoon of Mixed Spice
Pinch of Salt
1-2 drops of Orange Food Gel
240g / 8oz of All Purpose / Plain Flour
1/2 a teaspoon of Baking Powder
130g / 4.5oz of Chocolate Chips
Chocolate Melts with Cocoa Butter
Silver Balls for eyes
Cooking Temperature 180C / 350F for 10-12 Minutes
