This is one of Steve’s Favourite Halloween Treats. It is a delicious pumpkin bread and it uses the flesh from the Jack O Lanterns too.

You will Need
2.5 cups of Plain / All Purpose/Plain Flour
2 cups of Sugar
1 Teaspoons of Baking Soda
3 Teaspoons of Pumpkin or Mixed Spice
1 Teaspoon of Salt
3 Eggs
1.5 Cups of Pumpkin Puree
3/4 of a cup of Vegetable Oil
1 cup of Nuts and Sultanas
Plus a medium/large Loaf Tin.
Cooking Temperature 180C / 350F for 1 Hour
