Greetings! What could possibly go better with a hearty cheese soup than a beautiful loaf of Irish Soda Bread? Nothing!
This bread is quick and easy! It bakes up in about a half hour and it is amazing. The crumb is perfect. Think a combination of a baking powder biscuit and a fresh loaf of soft bread.
Leftovers (if you have any) are perfect sliced and toasted the next morning with butter and jam or for lunch as an open faced sandwich melt.
