It isn’t a party until they serve the meatballs! Here is a great recipe for a sweet Thai chili meatball that you can serve for your next party, get together or game night! These are sweet, sour, spicy and perfectly delicious!
This recipe is easy to throw together. You can bake the meatballs and while they are cooking, mix up the sauce, then put them together in your slow cooker and keep them warm. I let mine cook on low for about an hour before I served them and then set the cooker to warm to hold them. These were amazing and I know you are going to love them.
Don’t think about these just as a great party food! Pair them with noodles or rice and a steamed veggie or salad and you have the makings for a great meal. Leftovers can be frozen and “freezer banked” for another meal or snack whenever you are at a loss for something yummy to eat.
