Greetings! BBQ season is upon us and nothing goes better with your freshly grilled grub than a delicious cob of perfectly cooked corn, buttered and salted with lots of cracked black pepper. YUM!
Today I am going to show you how you can get the most perfectly cooked, corn on the cob in a fraction of the time that you would spend conventionally cooking on top of the stove or even on the grill. I personally don’t like grilled corn and when I discovered how easy it was to make it in my electric pressure cooker, I was so happy!
When you give this a try, I promise you will never want to make corn another way again. This literally takes 8 minutes in my particular model which is a Wolfgang Puck Bistro pressure cooker, 5 quart version, that is about five years old. They no longer make this particular model but they do have one available on HSN.com if you want to go look it up.
So get that electric pressure cooker off the shelf and make yourself some amazing corn really fast!
