Want a festive Fourth of July dessert recipe? Look no further! These pops get their patriotic stripes from naturally sweet fresh strawberries, blueberries, and plain yogurt — though I do add a little sugar and lime juice to pep up the colors and flavors. Because you can control how much sugar goes into these pops, they are a healthier choice than most frozen treats from the store — that’s why I keep making them all summer long. I like freezing them in fun star-shaped molds, like on the cover of our July/August issue (on newsstands now!), but any pop mold will work (here are some of our favorites). Once your family tries these, you’ll be their new hero!
