Greetings! After many requests this past week, I am going to share with you how I make beer battered onion rings. There is no secret and there is no mystery to how these are done.
A basic beer batter and a few onions and some hot oil is the recipe and it couldn’t be easier! These fry up fast and they are delicious. 1 large onion is really all I need to make for my family of 4. A sprinkle of salt is what I like, but you go right ahead and dip into some ketchup, ranch dressing, onion sauce or Japanese mayo!
