Greetings! Let’s use that wonderful brown sugar and chipoltle sauce to marinate some London broil!
This is super simple! We were fortunate enough to have London broil on sale this past week buy one, get one free so we picked a couple up and this is what we are marinating tonight. I just like to put the meat and the sauce in a bag and let it sit for at least an hour before throwing on the hot grill.
Rick is the grill master in our house and he is in charge of that department. He grilled this London Broil for approximately 7 to 9 minutes per side on indirect heat. When we removed the meat from the grill we brought it inside and allowed it to rest for at least 10 minutes so that the juices would distribute properly.
I served this London broil with some garlic mashed potatoes and grilled garden veggies. I had tomatoes and fresh eggplant from the garden with some sliced red onion. This meal was amazing. I also drizzled some additional sauce over the sliced meat and it was simply delicious!
I hope you will give this a try and I hope you love it!
Happy Grilling!
