Help! I’m in a Hurry! BBQ Pork Loin Under Pressure

Greetings! Here we are again, no ideas for dinner, no time to cook. We all face that challenge on a regular basis. But I am here to tell you that you don’t have to worry, you just have to have the right tools for the job. The Electric Pressure Cooker is an easy way to take the stress out of your weeknight, work night, in a hurry, busy schedule lives. I know! I’m living it just like you are. Now, remember, any of the recipes that I show using my pressure cooker can easily be adapted to use in the crock pot, slow cooker or even the old fashioned stove top pressure cookers. There is no reason to stress over dinner!

That all being said, tonight I am going to show you how to prepare barbecued pork loin, shredded, sweet and spicy piled high on a Kaiser roll. Pair that up with some mac and cheese (sometimes I use the frozen kind) and some good cole slaw (stop by the Colonel’s house on the way home, he made some for you today) and you are good to go. The house will smell like you slaved all day and the family will not be the wiser. They will be happy that you cooked up something warm and yummy to fill their tummies after a long hard day and you will be able to sit down and relax all that much quicker.

This recipe is simple. Meat, seasonings and liquid. Put it all in the pot and set the timer and go do something else for an hour. How often have you wished for an hour to do nothing? Here is your chance. Put your feet up and let the pot do the work for you.
