Greetings! Today we are building on recipes! I made some of my old fashioned yellow cupcakes along with the lemon curd and the marshmallow meringue frosting and put them altogether in this amazing springtime treat! A refreshing, lemon meringue cupcake!
These were simply amazing and hit all the right notes in a warm weather treat. Tangy, sweet and delicious with just the right amount of moistness and fluff from the frosting. You are just going to love these. I know your mouth is watering right now if you are a lemon lover!
