Greetings! Super Bowl is just a few days away and what goes better with the big game than a tasty pile of wings. This time we have a delicious offering with an Asian flair. Teriyaki wings using that delicious sauce we put together in our previous video!
These wings are baked and not fried so for us they offer a bit more ease of preparation. I don’t like deep frying at all so when I do it, I will tend to do a few things over a few days to get the oil exhausted. These wings don’t need frying. A quick dredge in some corn starch or some tapioca starch is all you need to get a crispy baked wing.
After they are roasted off you can dip them in the luscious sauce and pop them back on the rack for another five minutes in the oven to get that sweet and savory flavor baked right in.
these wings are flat out delicious and they won’t last long. So be sure to have plenty of wings on hand because you are going to be getting screams for more, more, more!
