Greetings! If it’s Thursday, It must be pizza night! So since I am home enjoying my family during this season after Christmas and before New Years’ I thought it would be nice to go ahead and make some pizza tonight.
This one is simple and I started with my breadstick/pizza dough that you can find here:
I prebaked my crust to ensure a crispy bottom and then built the pizza using our favorite bbq sauce, Sweet Baby Ray’s and then added my home canned chicken, some home grown Jalapeno pepper slices and then topped it all off with a combination of Monterey Jack and Mozzarella cheeses.
Pop that back in the oven for about 10 minutes until the cheese is browned and bubbly and you are ready to sit down to an amazing pizza!
This bbq chicken pizza is a favorite of my family and I promise you it will quickly become a favorite in your house!
