RECIPE DESCRIPTION:
Ingredients
Ice cold water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Ice 4 Medium, cubes
Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Ginger 1 Small
Sugar 2 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Ground cumin 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Fresh mint sprigs 1
Ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon, grated
FOR GARNISH
Lemon wedges 2
Directions
MAKING
1. In a large pitcher take some ice cold water with some ice in it. Add lemon juice, sugar, salt and ground cumin to it. Also add the grated ginger and a few mint leaves.
2. Use a strainer to filter the lemmonade into glasses to serve.
SERVING
3. Serve chilled with a slice of lemon at the edge of the glass.
