Hello Fitlifers!
Welcome to another Saturday Strategy! This week we are going to talk about 4 Steps in Beating a Cold.
Common cold is a viral infection in the nose lining, sinuses, throat and large airways. Usually, the people infected with this virus do have weak immune system whose body defenses aren’t strong enough and are vulnerable to the entry points of the virus. In response, we came up with 4 ways that are going to make your immune system a lot stronger. This is the best way in fighting against colds and flu.
#1 Juicing
Juicing gives you enough micronutrients that boost up your body cells. It gives you the opportunity to break down the toxins inside your system. A little coconut oil in addition to your recipe is also going to super-charge your immune system and get it back to its normal state.
A simple green drink would suffice to fight this cold. You can use the collard green, Swiss chard, a little ginger, lemon and celery. You can add a garlic clove to vegetable juice because it has very well-known anti-bacterial properties. If you wanted to try other juices, you can opt for citrus fruits, carrots, cabbage and lemon. Cabbage and carrots are really great options in terms of stimulating the immune system, as well as producing antibodies. The celery will add the taste to the juice recipe and it also comes with a lot of vitamins and minerals in it.
#2 Giving
Giving, in general, helps us in our emotional state. When we feel sick, our body mindset gets sick as well telling itself that we are unable to do some things as much as when we are active and healthy. But when we fight against this state of mind, our body repositions itself. This is why most therapy experts would say that sometimes, it’s just a state of mind.
#3 Oregano oil
Oregano oil catalyze the production of white blood cells. And you need the white blood cells to get rid of the inflammation and start the healing process as well. Oregano oil is spicy so it’s really hot, therefore you have to be really careful on how much you’re going to take.
#4 Magnesium
Magnesium gives you a calming sensation and it’s really ideal most especially when you’re stressed out. It’s also a natural detoxifier and a good aid in sleeping.
And these are the four things that you can do to super charge and boost your immune systems up.
I know many of you know this.
Maybe you’ve heard me talk about this before….
I want to share this with you….
This is embarrassing and you may have heard me talk about this before… BUT… )
I used to be 25 pounds over weight and have a ton of belly fat. And everywhere I would go I feel like everyone was staring at my belly. I was embarrassed to take my shirt off at the beach. I tried every diet plan known to man and nothing worked until one day a man told me how this “one simple thing” saved his life. I figured if this solution saved his life, what would it do for someone that was already healthy?
When I applied this to my life I was able lose 25 pounds and finally get the body I always wanted.
Get your hands on the thing that I used to transform myself and over 500,000 others.
Always remember, we’re in this together…
