Let’s kick off Super Bowl week with a new take on how you look at “nachos”! Today I am sharing with you a fun twist! Totchos are nachos that you make using Tater Tots instead of corn chips! A fun way to get creative! I took this a step further and instead of putting your traditional nacho toppings I thought it might be fun to do a Philly cheese steak version and boy are these delicious!
