This has to be one of my new favorite vegan friendly recipes. I gotta’ tell you it took quite a few tries to get this one right, and I for one am very proud of it! but that’s enough about me, let’s get back to the dish. Tasty tofu with just the right texture, in a tasty Marsala sauce, and surrounded by delicious shallots, mushrooms, and cherry tomato~
