The whipped cream is a delicious base recipe widely used in cooking. To make whipped cream, you’ll need heavy cream and powdered sugar. You can find heavy, or whipping cream, in the fridge section.
The first tip for whipping cream is to work with cold ingredients and utensils, so place the cream in the fridge for at least an hour. Do the same with the bowl and the beaters.
You can use an electric beater or a stand mixer with whisk attachment.
You can whip the cream to soft peaks, with a fluffy but creamy texture, or until stiff peaks form.
If you are lactose intolerant, use lactose-free cream
Use a glass or stainless-steel mixing bowl
