Ham & Cheese Sandwich Puff Recipe! Noreen’s Kitchen

Greetings! Today we are having something that my mom used to make when I was a kid. Always with the leftover ham from our Easter table. Simple and delicious and once again with just a few ingredients that you already have in your kitchen! Ham and Cheese Sandwich Puff is out of a very old cookbook that my mom got at the grocery store when I was probably around 11 years old. She was cleaning out her stuff one day a year or two back and wanted me to go through a stack of cook books (cause I am a cook book junkie) and this was in the stack. Now listen to the story I tell in the video about going to find the cook book in the storage. I will never let it out of my sight again! This recipe is really only one of two good ones in the whole book!

A food processor will be a big help in making this dish and really, I don’t know how you would do it, unless you have a meat grinder on hand, that would work.

This make a perfect addition to a brunch buffet or just as an easy solution to the what are we going to eat for Easter or Christmas morning question. Make this the night before, let it sit in the fridge overnight and viola’! You have a fantastic breakfast that won’t break the bank and will impress your guests and your family.

I hope you give this a try and I hope you enjoy it. As always, Happy Eating and Happy Easter!
