Greetings! Keeping with the theme of the evening, we are continuing with some New Year’s Eve appetizers for our supper tonight. Now we are going to use some of that cocktail sauce we made to top off our fabulous crab dip.
I first had a crab dip like this more than 20 years ago (doesn’t seem like I should be old enough to say that) a friend of mine made something similar using canned crab, which I don’t care for, but you can use anything, fresh crab, canned, crab, or like I am using, Imitation crab meat. However you choose to do this it will taste wonderful!
This dip is simple to make, and had simple ingredients. It is ready when it is ready and there is no waiting. You can throw this together in no time and satisfy those hungry guests!
