Greetings! Rick requested a bean salad to go along with supper tonight and this is what I am making! A mixed bean salad, different from my traditional version of bean salad. This one has more variety and more spices added to the mix. We love this salad. Rick and I do enjoy having this in the fridge. This makes a great lunch on its own or a quick afternoon snack or of course, a fabulous side dish!
