Greetings! I am sharing how to make no churn, chocolate ice cream! When I uploaded the Vanilla ice cream video, people clamored for the chocolate version. Did you think I wouldn’t make chocolate? Horrors! Chocolate and vanilla go together like peas and carrots or peanut butter and jelly!
This chocolate ice cream is just as easy as the vanilla, with one addition. Melted chocolate goes in to this recipe. This is a super dark fudge like chocolate ice cream and is nice when eaten together with the vanilla. In the future I will make a milk chocolate version that will be just as delicious and just a little bit easier (if that is even possible).
The chocolate ice cream is a lot thicker and will benefit from sitting on the counter for about 10 minutes before you try scooping it. The reason for this is that the added melted chocolate makes the mixture to become a bit harder than the vanilla version, but no less delicious. Allowing the ice cream to soften for a bit will be very helpful when serving.
