1/2 Cup Oatmeal
1 1/4 Cup Chicken Broth (10 fl oz)
1/4 Cup Half & Half Milk
1 Onion

2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
Turmeric, Salt, Ground Chili Pepper

Preparations:
