The Health Benefits of Kale

Kale is one vegetable that you should eat each day if you can. In the video I give you some great benefits on kale and a few different ways you can eat it too! There are lots of ways you can eat kale like raw, cooked, steamed or in salads. One of my favorite is to make kale chips in my oven.
My kale chips recipe
First up you will need fresh kale that needs to be washed, dried and then broken into smaller pieces about 1 to 2 inches should do. Then I coat the kale pieces with virgin coconut oil and rub it in. Then I place the pieces on to a baking tray and sprinkle of sea or Himalayan salt and also cayenne pepper to add a bit of heat to spice up the metabolic rate. Bake them for about 5 to 10 minutes in an oven at about 300 to 350 F until crisp. Eat and enjoy!
