INGREDIENTS
1 lb of salted butter (4 sticks)
1 lb of flour(24 oz)
1 lb of white sugar(16 oz)
1 tbs baking powder
8 oz water milk( milk,water,vanilla) (brandy optional)
1 tbs vanilla
1 tsp shredder lime skin
12 jumbo eggs (12 egg yolks, 5 egg whites) reserve the other
7 egg whites for the frost.
1 tsp brandy
bake at 350 for 30 to 40 min
