How to make Stuffed Vine Leaves (Small Dolma)

Ingredients for 100pcs : *you’ll need them all 😉

100 vine leaves
500gr long grain sweet rice
2 lemons
10 mint leaves and/or 1 tbsp dill
1 onion
5 spring onions
4tbsp extra virgin olive oil
salt, pepper

If the vine leaves are fresh (best time of year to pick them is in May when they are still soft) you have to boil them for 10 – 15secs. Otherwise you can find them ready in glass jars. In this case you just wash them off the salt.
