You guys voted for me to make some chicken gyros! So good! Mine are a little different with a more chunky tzatziki sauce (it’s normally fine and has garlic), I also added sweet chilli sauce as I struggle with feta & wanted to mask the flavour, but was happy with how these turned out!
Ingredients
8 mini chicken fillets
1 tbsp mediterranean seasoning
1 red pepper, sliced into matchsticks
½ red onion, diced
4 pittas
to serve lettuce, greek feta cheese, sweet chilli sauce
tzatziki sauce
½ cucumber, peeled and chopped chunky
5tbsp greek yoghurt
handful fresh dill,
1/2 juice of a lemon
