A Youvarlakia (stewed meat balls)

Here is a great and very simple recipe to make youvarlakia. Easy and tasty. Serve it with oven potatoes. Presented by my 86-year old mother, born in ‘poli’ (Istanbul) and an excellent cook! Enjoy!
