Air Fryer Roasted Brussels Sprouts | The Frugal Chef

Hi guys! I want to start air fryer week with some roasted Brussels sprouts. We are going to use frozen Brussels sprouts. When you add frozen vegetables to the air fryer the air that circulates around makes the outside of the vegetable crispier. All you have to do is cook them a little longer.

If you are cooking fresh Brussels sprouts, wash and trim them. Lightly spray them and season with salt and pepper. You can also add some paprika if you would like. Cook them in a preheated air fryer at 390F (198 C) for 8 to 10 minutes. That’s it.

The frozen will take a little longer (15 minutes) and you will have to wait until they cook for about 9 minutes before you season them. Simply open a bag of frozen sprouts and dump it into the preheated basket and cook for 9 minutes. Remove the basket, spray the sprouts with some spray oil and season with salt. Shake the basket well. Replace it and finish cooking. Easy peasy.
