Here again with my good friend Christian Stevenson (DJBBQ) outside on the BBQ cooking up some fresh Lobsters with a Thyme Garlic Butter!
A perfect dish when you’re kicking it up a notch from your simple BBQ feast, and absolutely delicious with simple flavours!

You will Need:
BBQ
Cast Iron Pan
Lobsters……
Butter
Thyme
Sliced Garlic
Lemon
Melt your Butter, Thyme, Sliced Garlic and half a lemon in a pan ready for basting and dipping.
Using a large sharp knife cut down through the Lobster from back to tail. Then from Back to Head.
Remove the stomach sac and feather-gills from the head and discard…. I know.
Place flesh down onto the BBQ for about 5 minutes or until the shell starts to turn red. Then flip over so they are shell down and baste with the butter.
These will now cook in the butter for a further 5-6 minutes.
Make sure that you place the claws on a hotter area of the BBQ!
