In this week’s Saturday Strategy, we’re going to make a Summer Challenge Smoothie that will surely boost up your energy for an unforgettable summer experience. Getting a healthy body is cool not just for this hot season, but a sexy body is just right to be in the top of our game this summer.
We’re gonna be using the following ingredients that we will be mixing altogether for a really great-tasting smoothie that tastes like a Blueberry French Toast:
2 scoops of Sunwarrior Vanilla Protein – contains lower sodium, classic virgin
Cups of Blueberries — loaded with Omega 3 and fiber, good for digestion
Maca Powder
1 Cup of Coconut Milk
This smoothie will surely quench your thirsty craving, really perfect for this warm weather. So here you go.
Get a blender with crushed ice and put 1 cup of coconut milk.
Add 2 scoops of Sunwarrior Vanilla Protein.
Add 1 tablespoon of nutmeg.
Add 1 tablespoon of Maca powder.
Add 1 cup of blueberries.
Blend it. Add additional blueberries if you want.
