Green Smoothie Recipe : GREEN GLOW

Recipe:

1 cup coconut water — coconut water is naturally is loaded with B Vitamins, Vitamin C, calcium, magnesium and other essential minerals and gives skin a healthy glow

1 bulb bok choy — taste great with these tropical components without tasting ‘too green’

1/2 banana — High in potassium, bananas’ are a great way to thicken a blend and make them more filling, especially if you don’t want to use dairy products.

1 cup pineapple — Pineapples combine well with any fruit and vegetable when juicing and contain the strongest protein-digesting enzyme, bromelain, which aids digestion.

1 orange peeled — Peel the orange, but try to retain as much of the white pith as possible for nutritional value.

Hit the puree button.

This blender is so powerful you don’t need a pusher tool to move around the contents while it’s blending, as the hemisphere system does it. Because of the Hemisphere system, you can see it fold onto itself, unlocking all the vital nutrients and minerals.

You can also supercharge your smoothie with superfood like chia seeds, wheatgrass powder, hemp protein, ground flax or my personal favorite — goji berries

Hit the smoothie function.

You can see it suspending, so this helps thicken the mixture so you don’t have to add the extra calories like yogurt and milk.

There are literally dozens of fruit/veggie combos so you can’t get bored….Get in the habit of a green smoothie in the morning and you know that you’re all set for the rest of the day.
