Brown Sugar Roasted Sweet Potatoes!! Noreen’s Kitchen

Greetings! What goes better on your Thanksgiving table than sweet potatoes? I can’t think of much, but in my book Thanksgiving isn’t Thanksgiving without at least one sweet potato offering! This one is my pick for this year! Roasted cubed sweet potatoes, that are bathed in a marinade of brown sugar, olive oil and Herbs de Provence! These are sweet, salty and savory beyond belief.

So simple to prep and can be done up to a day in advance and put on hold in the fridge until you have pulled that perfectly roasted turkey from the oven and you’re ready to roast off these luscious nuggets of holiday goodness! When these roast they caramelize from the little bit of brown sugar that they have on them and they are just a little crispy, a little chewy, a little caramely, a little salty and a whole lot amazing!

Consider giving This version of sweet potatoes a try this year, or anytime you want to add sweet potatoes to your plate! These are quick and easy and as a bonus, super delicious!
