Greetings! Buttery dill glazed carrots are on the menu today. These are perfect for your Easter table to go along with whatever magnificent main course you are planning! These carrots are delicate, slightly sweet and full of verdant green flavor from the parsley and the dill.
I steamed my carrots in the microwave until they were tender crisp, but you can do it any way you like. Toss them in a skillet with a bit of butter, I used clarified because I had some on hand and then add some golden syrup or brown sugar along with the herbs and you have a side dish vegetable fit for a king!
I hope you will give these carrots a try and I hope you love them. Don’t reserve them for special occasions either because these are too good to keep away from your family for only special occasions!
