California Sushi Roll

This video teaches you how to make a “California sushi roll” one of the most recognized sushi rolls in the world, the California roll was invented in the 1960s in a Californian sushi restaurant “Kaikan” the main chef at the time Ichiro Mashita was experimenting with local produce in California when he came up with the California sushi roll.

Here is my recipe for the California roll, I put my own twits on it but kept the basic ingredients.
– Crab sticks (3)
– Mascarpone (1 tea spoon) buy here: http://makesushi.org/store/mascarpone
– Mayo (1 teaspoon)
– Aromat seasoning knorr buy here: http://makesushi.org/aromat-seasoning-knorr
– Avocado slices (3 or 4 slices)
– Cucumber slices (1 or 2)
– Roasted Sesame seeds (a light coverage)
– Nori /seaweed paper (1/2 a sheet)

What equipment you need to roll a California sushi roll :
– Sushi rolling mat
– Plastic bag
– Cutting board
– Sharp knife
