Carnitas Mexican Pulled Pork – A Healthy Version

 

I think you are really going to love the flavor in my carnitas recipe. It’s a healthier version of your traditional carnitas that is cooked in lard.

I just couldn’t cook it that way for health reasons so I hope you enjoy “my version”. This pulled pork comes out so tender it practically melts in your mouth.

You will definitely want to pour that sauce over the pork after it comes out of the oven. It so delicious.
