3 tbsp adobo sauce
1 large onion
1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup chopped celery
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
10 cups chicken stock
1 1/2 cups egg noodles
1/2 cup corn
1/4 cup cilantro
1/4 cup scallions
season with salt and pepper
