Ingredients
Mango 1 Cup (16 tbs), semi ripe, roughly chopped
Corn/Fresh boiled corn 1 Cup (16 tbs), frozen thawed
Red onion 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
Jalapeno 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
Bell pepper 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
Cilantro 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
Salt To Taste
Cumin powder 1 Teaspoon
Directions
MAKING
1. In a bowl mix mango, corn, red onion, jalapeno, bell pepper and cilantro.
2. Add salt to taste and cumin powder and mix well.
SERVING
3. Serve with tortilla chips or finger fries.
