2 peaches ripe but firm
1 jalapeno pepper
2 or 3 small tomatoes
olive oil for brushing on peaches
1/2 cup or so of red onion, diced
1 avocado cubed
salt to taste
chile powder to taste
1 lime, zest and then juiced
1/2 bell pepper any color, diced
small bunch of cilantro, chopped
3 or 4 leaves of fresh basil, chiffonade
