Epic sushi with egg omelet

This video shows you how to make an inside out sushi roll
The epic eggroll is an amazing inside out sushi roll filled with tempura prawns, cucumber, avocado and unagi sauce otherwise known as eel sauce. Then the sushi roll is wrapped in a thing egg pancake (omelet).

1) Start by spreading out 150g of sushi rice over a sheet of nori (seaweed paper)
2) Place the egg omelet over the sushi rice
3) Place Clingfilm over the omelet
4) Flip It over
5) Add unagi sauce (eel sauce) ” suzuka is the brand of sauce I used”
6) Add cucumber and avocado in slices
7) Roll the sushi roll
8) Add mayo to glue the last bit of egg omelet
9) Cut with a Japanese sushi knife : http://makesushi.org/store/sushi-knives
10) Serve the sushi with some pickled ginger and wasabi paste.
