I was visiting the beautiful scenery of Lapland to make this great local fish soup. First we needed to do some ice-fishing! We started by making two holes, then pulling the nets and getting some fish as the base for this delicious soup. You could easily replace the pike we caught with other white fish like haddock, hake or cod. Stay tuned for more great Lapland video’s coming up soon!
