Greetings! This is our final fried offering this week. Like I said, I don’t like to fry, but sometimes I do and when I do, I make it worth my while. Frying several different things at once. Remember all the leftovers can be cooled, frozen and baked off later when you want them and you don’t have to go to the trouble of frying them all over again.
These are my family’s favorite. They love to ask for them, and while I will make them a couple times a year this way, I prefer to bake them in the oven, however there is no mistaking that the deep fried version is the very best one.
Easy and delicious and they will rival any chicken finger you may get at your favorite restaurant. I promise, you family will clamor for you to make these all the time. Serve them up with your favorite dipping sauces. We love BBQ, Ranch, Sweet Hot Mustard and Mae Ploy or Sweet Thai Chili Sauce. YUM!
