Gluten Free Chocolate Hazelnut Mousse for Valentine’s Day!

http://www.noreenskitchen.com Greetings! Valentine’s day deserves a special treat to end a romantic meal. This dessert could not be simpler. Really you only need two ingredients, Nutella and heavy cream, whip them together, put them into some wine glasses or dessert dishes, chill, top with some raspberries and you are in like Flynn!

This would also be an excellent filling for a store bought canolli shell, tart shell or slice a frozen pound cake in several layers long ways and fill with this mousse to make an excellent Dobosh style torte!

No matter what you choose to do with this mousse, you will love it. It is versatile, cheap and delicious!

The bonus part of this mousse is that is if served in a glass with berries, it is a gluten free treat for those who choose to refrain from the gluten!
