Greetings! Monday night is Sandwich night in our house and I thought I’d show yu one of my favorite sandwiches ever! It’s called a Mayflower sandwich and it uses some of that wonderful jellied cranberry sauce that we made the other day. I like to use thinly sliced turkey and Havarti cheese along with a little may and cranberry sauce and some crisp Romaine lettuce to top it off.
