Eggs
Vinegar
Water

Carefully place the eggs in a pot and cover with cold water. Add a splash of vinegar.

Turn on the stove and bring the water to a boil. Once it is at a rolling boil turn off the heat and cover the pot. Set your timer to 12 minutes.

Prepare a bowl with ice water.

At 12 minutes transfer the eggs into the ice water and set your timer to 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes you can start peeling the eggs. The shells should come off very easily without sticking to the egg white and the yolks should be perfectly yellow.

You can store your eggs unpeeled or peeled. Eat them within 2 days.
