Greetings! Just thought I would share how easy it is to make chocolate bowls for a completely edible dessert. Fill them with any type of mousse, ice cream or fresh fruit and whipped cream.
All you need is some small balloons and some melted and tempered chocolate. That is why I usually choose to use the Wilton or Merkens’ Candy Melts. They are easy to melt in the microwave or on top of the stove and they can be saved in plastic bags and re melted if you have any leftover.
