How To Make Greek Couscous Salad

This video will help you to make a Delicious Tuna Couscous Salad.
You Will Need:

1/2 Cup Israeli Pearl CousCous
3 Tbsp Chopped Sundried Tomato
3 Tbsp Chopped Calamata Olives
2 Tbsp Feta Cheese
1 Can Garbanzo Beans
1 Tsp Dry Oregano
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tsp White Wine Vinegar
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp Olive Oil

To prepare couscous: heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a medium pan
add 1/2 cup of couscous. Stir until couscous is coated in warm oil.
Add 1/2 cup of chicken stock, and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Or until couscous has absorbed all liquid and is done.
Set aside and let couscous chill.

After Couscous is cold mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.
