2 celery stalks* 2 oz. parsley
* 3 carrots
* 2 garlic cloves
* Juicer

Make Your Juice

1. Make sure your vegetables are cleaned well. 2. Place the pitcher underneath the spout of the juicer. 3. Start the juice by putting the carrots in the juicer, pushing them through with the lid. 4. Next add the parsley to the juicer. You can keep the stems on. 5. Now add the garlic cloves to the juicer. 6. Finally, push the celery stalks through the juicer. Celery has a high water content, so it will help to push the other juices through the juicer. 7. Once all of the juice has drained from the juicer, stir up the contents of the pitcher. 8. Enjoy your juice within 20 minutes to absorb the natural raw enzymes, minerals and vitamins. You can shake it over ice to serve it chilled. If you want to save your juice, store it in an airtight container and refrigerate it for up to 24 hours.
