Thanks ladies and gentlemen for tuning in to this weeks chocolate shard tutorial! I have a few exciting cakes up my sleeve which I cannot wait to make for you guys. I hadn’t the energy to start them today as I am actually unwell (hence the 1 litres worth of concealer I am wearing, I looked alive in this video despite how I was actually feeling haha) but next week and beyond there will be passion! and a few new techniques I haven’t shared yet like gold names on the front of cakes, chococlate ganache cakes rather than buttercream etc. I think it’s time to change things up a little x)
