How to make tempura softshell crab

in this video you will learn how to make a very simple soft shell crab recipe.
Soft shell crabs are a specific point in a crabs development when it sheds its old shell and the new shell is still soft, having the whole crab soft allows you to eat the whole crab releasing all of the crabs flavor.
The recipe is very simple, and is as follows:
1) Mix 100g of tempura mix with 160ml of water
2) Dip the soft shell crab in the mix
3) Then cover the soft-shell crab with bread crumbs , preferably the Japanese type.
