Make Your Juice

Watermelon juice is rich in antioxidants, which help to neutralize free radicals that cause damage to your body.c Drink this delicious recipe to cleanse your system and add a tasty treat to a meal. 1. Prepare the watermelon by cutting it into pieces small enough to fit through the mouth of the juicer. Keep the rind on the watermelon because that contains many of its beneficial nutrients. 2. Place the watermelon pieces in the juicer and use the lid to push them through. The juicer will automatically separate the juice from the fibers in the rind.3. Drain all of the juice from the juicer. Watermelon has a high water content so it will yield a lot of juice.4. Drink your juice within 20 minutes so that you can absorb all of the beneficial enzymes in the watermelon. You can also shake it over ice to serve it chilled. If you want to save the juice, store it in an airtight container and refrigerate it for up to 24 hours.
